About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our Infrastructure team at Sir Robert McAlpine, based in Sellafield. The successful candidate will work on a 17-year framework, managing a range of commercial aspects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and management of subcontract works packages through to final account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial aspects of projects, including procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Minimize risk, cost, and maximize value by cost checking and analysis of labor, plant, and materials.
Requirements
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or equivalent experience/memberships.
  • Experience working on multimillion civil engineering projects, ideally with experience in the nuclear sector.
  • NEC contract experience, ideally NEC 4.
  • Experience with electronic contract administration tools.
