Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion Contract Management: Lead the way in overseeing and managing all aspects of contract support within our bustling data centre.
  • Client Liaison Extraordinaire: Be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Compliance Guru: Ensure every contract complies with company policies and industry standards.
  • Records Master: Keep meticulous records of all contracts and related documents, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Performance Enhancer: Monitor contract performance and continuously seek ways to improve processes.
  • Team Leader: Provide leadership and mentor ship to the contract support team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements:

  • Data Center Savvy: Proven experience in a contract support role within a data centre environment is essential.
