The role of the Lead Contract Support is to provide exceptional customer service and business support in order to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business, to provide a comprehensive and flexible administration service to the Contact Manager.


Duties of the Lead Contract Support:
  1. Monitor and maintain the attendance planner.
  2. Collate and process timesheets and expenses weekly.
  3. Maintain people records such as training, new starters, leavers and any changes in staff are communicated to all relevant teams.
  4. Communicate effectively and build/maintain relationships at all levels with internal and external customers.
  5. Answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Attend and participate in any relevant training courses.
  7. Attend regular role specific meetings in order to share best practice.
  8. Supervising Contract Support as and when required.
  9. Attend and actively participate in customer Work Planning Meeting and support technical Staff Members with planning and scheduling works.
  10. Assist with compiling monthly Contract Review Pack and attend monthly meeting.
  11. Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs.
  12. Prepare and issue predefined reports, which form part of the contract and customer's requirements both operational and financial.
  13. Accurately capture data on completed PPM and Reactive Tasks into the CAFM system.
  14. Drive PPM and Reactive performance through direct engagement with engineering team and task planning and tracking tools.
  15. Familiar with daily operations and the specific scope of the contract e.g. which services are covered and which are chargeable, contract renewal dates etc.
