A well-established law firm in Altrincham is currently seeking a Technical Conveyancer specializing in New Build transactions to join their dynamic team.

Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified to Solicitor, CLC, or CILEX level.Minimum of 3 years' experience as a conveyancer managing complex caseloads independently.Responsibilities:
Thoroughly review Property Titles to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.Draft comprehensive reports on Title for clients, summarizing property details and explaining rights and reservations.Proactively raise and address enquiries on Titles to resolve any missing information or defects.Manage communication and negotiation with counterparties to achieve favorable outcomes.Collaborate with internal teams and support team objectives as needed.Requirements:
