The City Recruiter is seeking legal graduates for a role as a Fee Earner/Paralegal with one of our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Oversight: Aid in the management of pre-litigation cases associated with APP fraud, encompassing intake, evaluation, and document preparation.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and collecting essential information.
  • Document Preparation: Draft legal documents, scrutinize bank statements, and assemble evidence for submission.
  • Legal Research: Perform legal research to bolster fraud claims and create summaries for the legal team.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with banks, the Financial Ombudsman Service, and other pertinent entities to facilitate claims.
  • Administrative Duties: Organize case files and ensure timely follow-up on all outstanding matters.

Qualifications:
