We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Procurement Administrator to join our Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless order processing and effective communication across departments.

Role Overview: Based within our Materials Department, this role is primarily focused on customer service while also incorporating procurement administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Efficiently process inter-company orders received from our sister companies.

Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between production, materials, stores departments, and product managers to ensure seamless operations and meet customer requirements.

Query Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all queries related to sales order confirmations and stock availability.

Order Management: Oversee the entire process from order confirmation through to production and shipping.

Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with all relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment. Attend meetings related to production or supplier issues and keep the hubs informed of any arising problems.

Documentation: Ensure all orders and related documentation are accurately recorded and maintained.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders promptly and efficiently. Act as the point of contact for customer service issues within the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.

Support: Assist with planning and procurement activities as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Proven experience in customer service, procurement, order processing, or a related field.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous but not essential.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple departments.
