Summary

We are looking for a Holiday Cottage Cleaner to prepare our stunning holiday cottages at NORTH HELFORD

Hours: 10 hours per week. The main changeover day we are looking for being Thursday and Friday, however, short breaks mean that changeover days can also fall on other days of the week, and you would have the opportunity to work other, additional hours if you are able to do so.

Rotas are issued in advance, and we try to accommodate other commitments where possible.

Salary: £11.50 per hour

Duration: Permanent

Interview Date: 11th June

Internally you will be known as 'Holidays Operation Assistant'

What it's like to work here

Our cottages offer views and experiences that cannot be found elsewhere, and everyone has a smile on their face as they arrive to work inside them. We pride ourselves in our cleaning and presentation standards as well as safety records across our portfolio from two person cosy retreats to vast mansion houses. You would become part of our diverse, close knit and supportive Holidays Team here in the Heart of Cornwall working across a range of cottages in the North Helford in teams of 2-4. If you are a hands-on practical person with a flare for picking up new things, constantly learning and trying your best, this will be a great opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing

On change-over days, you’ll make sure that everything’s clean and prepared for our guests to arrive. This will include making sure the cottage is thoroughly cleaned, well presented and welcoming for our guests and that compliance checks are up to date and recorded. We’d also like you to keep an eye out and report any repairs or odd jobs that need doing along with replacing any broken items from the store supplies.

Full Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) is provided for all teams and additional extensive measures in place to protect staff.
