On is hiring a Demand Planner to support the Americas region. In this role, you will create an accurate demand plan for your channel and product portfolio. You will work to consolidate demand signals, analyzing and translating findings into actionable insights. You will identify optimization opportunities across the supply chain and support initiatives to improve our demand-supply match and support the strategic growth targets for On's Long Range Plan to ensure we deliver a premium customer experience for all internal & external customers while championing the On culture.

Your Mission

- Generate precise & consolidated demand plans at multiple levels of aggregation through monitoring, analyzing, and reporting data for budgeting and forecasting

- Support annual & seasonal business planning/monthly rolling forecasting process by driving volume and value forecasting, ensuring the right supply is brought into the right channel and category

- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results

- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder input to reconcile significant variances including lead times, inventory days, liquidation plans, and inventory aging, and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions

- Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts

- Support the development of supply planning and inventory strategies for existing items, new products, and product phase-outs

Your Story

- 3+ years of experience in demand or supply planning for a global sportswear or fashion brand

- Experience with forecasting, demand planning, and supply planning, using an ERP system for a global consumer goods brand

- Experience in operating through Integrated Business Planning and S&OP

- Strong statistical skills, data visualization, and storytelling skills with experience analyzing, and reviewing trends and data to forecast a holistic story

- Experience presenting and communicating data with key stakeholders, internally and externally, and are able to navigate through an organization adjusting language to diverse audiences
