JOB DESCRIPTION:
Location: Manchester City Centre
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, variable shifts including evenings and weekends
Salary: Competitive, reflecting your skills and experience
King Street Townhouse Hotel is seeking an experienced Receptionist with excellent communication skills and friendly and professional approach to join our front of house team at King Street Townhouse Hotel and ensure exceptional service delivery.
The hotel also includes King Street Tavern (bar, restaurant and wine cellars), afternoon tea rooms, conferencing & event space, gym and treatment rooms, which are available to hotel guests. King Street Townhouse boasts some amazing features, such as its rooftop infinity spa pool, with views of the spires and clock tower of Manchester's iconic town hall. The hotel prides itself in its reputation for special events and occasions. As such we are very popular for christenings, wedding parties, anniversaries and birthday celebrations. PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing excellent customer service Able to work independently or as part of a team Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner Maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times and seek to improve and advance your skill set and performance Welcoming Members, Guests, and non-residents in a warm and friendly manner, and answering any queries they have ensuring the best possible experience. Maintaining the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times Conduct check in's and Check out's Keeping detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received Receiving deliveries; sorting and distributing incoming mail Taking inventory of supplies and restocking as needed BENEFITS:

At least 1 year reception experience (hospitality/customer service) Previous experience working in a luxury establishment A passion for customer service and exceeding guest's expectations Driven by delivering exceptional standards Excellent work ethic Positive & 'can do' approach Upholds a high standard of etiquette Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy The ability to remain calm and resilient ABOUT THG EXPERIENCE
