Senior CRM Content and Campaign Executive

R13 Recruitment are proud to be working alongside a brilliant brand in their search for a Senior CRM Content and Campaign Executive. You will play a leading role in the development and implementation of the brand s email marketing strategy, growing and reaching target audience and growing their customer base.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday Friday on a hybrid basis, based from the St Ives, Cambridgeshire office. The offered salary for this position is up to £40,000 depending on experience.

Your duties will include:

  • Designing, developing and implementing successful email marketing/CRM strategy, in line with company and brand guidelines, whilst pushing boundaries.
  • Growing the business customer base and engagement rates and reaching new target markets.
  • Analysing campaign success and utilising analytics to inform future strategy.
  • Developing the company brand through CRM strategy.

You will have /be:

  • At least 2 years experience in email marketing, with a proven record of creating successful and engaging email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong experience with HTML and CSS, and the ability to design effective email campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and exceptional grammar and proofing skills.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work under own initiative, while working with the wider brand.
