About the Role
CNet Training is seeking a hands-on Marketing and Content Executive to join our lively, busy and dynamic team to ensure we continue to reach our global marketplace with the right messages at the right time. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, talented and experienced individual who can hit the ground running and demonstrate a solid creative flair alongside strong planning and organisational skills.
This is a multi-faceted and busy role where previous marketing experience is a must, you will bring ideas to life utilising the full marketing toolkit and work with the wider team to align messages, produce material and content to showcase our brands and services.
Key to your success in the role will be creating engaging content that is visually appealing and copy that excites our global audiences to encourage them to want to learn more about us/our education programs. In addition, you would need to be confident in working with the wider team to ensure we continue to project our confident, world-leading status in line with our marketing strategy, plans and brand guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
* Ensure a consistent and united approach to message management to your global target audiences, utilising segmentation and targeting as needed
* Plan and create all materials (visual and text) for social media
* Create and send weekly mass email campaigns to our target audiences as needed (working with the team to scope and with the Graphic Designer to align designs as needed)
* Review, enhance and update website content with a strong understanding of implementing SEO principles to provide greater visibility
* Create engaging presentations and assist with developing master templates and designs
* Create and provide digital content to resellers for channel marketing, updating these as changes occur
* Planning, capturing and editing video content
* Work with the Graphic Designer to design and update promotional brochures, programs overviews, advertisements (digital and print), corporate material and other marketing collateral
* Manage Google Ads campaigns
* Monthly reporting on results and competitor activities
* Assisting the Director or Marketing and Marketing Manager as required
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
* At least 4 years’ experience within a marketing environment, B2B experience preferable (CIM or marketing certifications would be advantageous)
* Technically proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other Adobe software skills such as Premier Pro or After Effects (some experience of creating and editing video/digital content is preferable)
* The desire to learn and understand the digital infrastructure industry (access to our introductory programs will be provided)
* Demonstratable experience of message management and strong content creation
* Demonstratable use of creating corporate social media posts/campaigns
* Demonstratable experience of using creativity and design to confidently project and support brands (preferably B2B)
* Experience of working well in a team environment but also self-driven to work confidently on your initiative
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* The ability and confidence to improve all aspects of design and content across the business, ensuring the right message to the right audiences whilst considering wider cohesion
* Agility to embrace and react to change as needed
* Personal ambition with the determination to make a difference
* Ability to multi-task and manage own workload, prioritising briefs as needed
* Technically proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other Adobe software skills such as Premier Pro or After Effects (some experience of creating and editing video/digital content is preferable)
* Some HTML knowledge and experience desirable, but not essential
* Some familiarity with mass email systems
* Some familiarity with CRM systems would be an advantage
* Some experience with content management systems (such as Wordpress)
