It's a busy and exciting time for the brand and we're on the hunt for a Talent & Influencer Executive to join our growing Brand & Marketing team.\r

The role in a nutshell...\r
\r

This role supports the delivery and execution of all paid talent & influencer activity at New Look. We're looking for someone obsessed with fashion, social media, and talent\/influencer trends - with skills in negotiation and influencer campaign planning.\r
\r

Your key responsibilities...\r
\r

  • \r

  • Support the Influencer Manager in planning and execution of talent and influencer marketing campaigns. \r
  • Identifying relevant influencers for New Look, considering factors like audience demographics, engagement, and brand fit. \r
  • Support the Influencer Manager in budget tracking, contacting influencers, negotiating partnerships, and nurturing talent and agency relationships. \r
  • Work with the Influencer Assistant to provide clear and comprehensive briefs to influencers, outlining campaign objectives, messaging, and creative direction. \r
  • Work with the Influencer Assistant to review content created by talent and influencers to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and objectives before publishing. \r
  • Work with the Influencer Assistant to ensure all influencer partnerships comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, such as disclosure requirements for sponsored content. \r
  • Support and manage the Influencer Assistant, providing guidance and assistance in their daily tasks. \r
  • Support and attend events related to Influencer campaigns - meet ups, launch events, content trips etc. \r
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions, analysing data to evaluate effectiveness and curating weekly & monthly reports. \r
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, social media, and creative departments to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing objectives. \r
  • Work collaboratively with the PR team across organic influencer gifting activity. \r
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing to continuously improve strategies. \r
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events, and opportunities to appropriate teams. \r

    • Creativity: Innovative thinking for engaging content and campaign ideas. \r
    • Analytics: Understanding and interpreting campaign metrics for optimisation of activity. \r
    • Relationship Building: Cultivating strong connections with influencers and agencies. \r
    • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job. \r

      What we'd like from you...\r

    • Previous experience within an influencer marketing role or similar. \r
    • Strong interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry and key talent and influencers. \r
    • Awareness of trends and the ever-changing social landscape. \r
    • Ability to act with pace. \r
    • Experience with contracting, negotiations, and budget management preferred but not essential. \r
