Objective of the Role: As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering new business and achieving regional customer base growth against targets. Utilizing your technical and commercial expertise, you will provide exceptional customer focus, aligning with the strategic direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve total revenue and business growth targets on a monthly and annual basis.
- Deliver and promote new service offerings as they arise.
- Drive new and existing customer sales for our diverse range of environmental solutions.
- Directly manage and grow allocated key accounts within the southern region.
- Consistently deliver excellent customer service and maintain robust communication with clients.
- Ensure the delivery of incoming waste meets volume requirements for existing and new processes and routes.
- Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with Operations, Technical Sales, and Finance teams, essential stakeholders in the sales process.
