The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Account Manager to be the main point of contact for a portfolio of Codeweavers’ Broker, Media Companies, CRM/DMS providers, and Reseller clients. The ideal candidate will:

  • Identify opportunities for clients to benefit from our API services and assist in integrating these services.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Support the development teams by understanding clients’ business requirements and roadmaps.
  • Lead the bidding/tender process for new client opportunities.
  • Manage challenging client requests, issues, or escalations.
  • Act as the client’s champion within Codeweavers and advocate on their behalf.
  • Lead the commercial relationship with our clients, providing quotes for work and reviewing contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Affiliate, team members, and the wider commercial team on internal process improvements and tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and work independently with your own initiative.
  • Prioritize effectively to manage and meet deadlines while managing a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Work well as part of a team and contribute to shared objectives.
  • Demonstrate keen attention to detail and enjoy problem-solving.
  • Understand and articulate complex problems clearly and understandably.
  • Utilize analytical skills to question how things work and offer ideas for improvement.
  • Speak up confidently and propose new ideas.
  • Develop great relationships with people.
  • Exhibit excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Maintain a naturally positive, can-do attitude towards solving client issues and tackling challenges.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Experience in the automotive/finance industry or other relevant areas is desirable.
  • Experience working with product/platform development is desirable.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is an advantage.
  • Experience in a software development environment is an advantage.
