  • Provide professional, efficient, and comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to designated ET members, including serving as a Personal Assistant to an Executive Director.
  • Collaborate within broad teams of support staff across Operations and Corporate Services Directorates to ensure resilient, flexible, and effective support to the Director/Leadership Team.
  • Support other ET or LT members within or outside your directorate as needed.
  • Manage highly sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Plan, organise, and prioritise tasks effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
Personal Assistant Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in a PA/EA role supporting Exec/Board level Managers and stakeholders.
  • 4 GCSEs Grade A -C (including Maths and English/Welsh) or equivalent (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Administration).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in dealing with highly sensitive issues.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
