As a result of internal promotions, we are offering the opportunity to join our Operations/Technical Centre as a Risk Events Manager.
You will be playing a key part in the management of business incidents, by highlighting issues, and managing the process improvement and customer solution. This role will involve working with various Stakeholders including Business representatives, tracking actions, and completing root cause analysis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is motivated and has good process management skills or has previously worked as a Team Manager in a contact centre environment.
You'll be:
Collaborating and chairing meetings with various stakeholders including business representatives and a welknown bankProducing Management Information to be shared with senior colleaguesAnalysing error trends, providing feedback, and implementing improvement activity to reduce defects by initiating process changes and/or providing technical trainingActively involved in the oversight process for the Incident process, to ensure high quality and consistency of Incident Managers
