Marketing Lead

Newcastle Upon Tyne
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Salary DOE 

Pertemps are delighted to be exclusively supporting our client who is looking to appoint a Marketing Lead to drive their marketing efforts to the next level.  As a newly created role you will have the opportunity to lead and shape the marketing strategy of a growing company in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Design and implement comprehensive social media plans across various platforms.
  • Explore PR and outreach opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Liaise with third-party providers to produce high-quality marketing content.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing, with a track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing techniques
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms is advantageous
