Our client, based in Northampton require Business Support Administrators to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within Financial Services (Mortgages and Banking).

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to at least one of our advisers which would include the following tasks:

* Client communication (F2F, verbal & written).

* Updating client database (Intelliflo).

* Providing any other assistance the financial adviser may require in line with company procedures.

* Preparing Client Portfolio reviews.

* Fund/Plan Performance analysis.

* Trades/Switches (processing through to sign off).

* Sourcing/generating provider Illustrations.

* Income Modelling/Cashflow Planning (depending on experience).

* Gathering tax information/ Tax calculations.

* Pension calculations (depending on experience).

* New Business (processing through to sign off).

* Drafting meeting summary communications for adviser.

* Drafting Suitability Letters.

* Provider communication (verbal & written).

Benefits:

* DIS cover of 2* income and membership of a Health Cash Plan.

* Initially enrolled in workplace pension then - 5% employer pension contribution after 12months.

* 22 days holiday initially increasing to 25 days (a day a year). After 5 years the holiday is 26 days and after 10 years it’s 27.

Working hours are 7.5 hours a day which can be worked flexibly between 8am & 6pm, Monday to Friday (after initial training period) Standard office hours are 8.45am to 5.15 pm.

Our client supports continued study - Route to Diploma qualification would be via CII, specifically the Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning. Study text and exams are funded by the Company however study is during the employees own time
