Job Title: Finance Admin

Location: Chesterfield
Type: Full-Time, Permanent- minimum of 30 hours per week
Salary: 30,000 per annum

Job Description:
We are hiring for a Finance Admin to support our clients HR and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

    • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll
    • Maintain payroll records, including employee timesheets and salary information
    • Purchase ledger duties
    • Process expense claim payments
    • Process travel and accommodation payments

Administrative Support:

    • Manage daily administrative tasks
    • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as needed
    • Meeting and creating customers on reception

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Assistant or finance assistant
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
