In this role, you will advise on conflicts-related issues to support the wider risk & compliance team.To succeed in this role, you will have risk and compliance experience within a law firm or legal setting. You will be an expert in all conflicts-related matters, able to run end-to-end conflict analysis and will also have a sound understanding of the SRA Rules and Regulations.Some responsibilities:Manage end-to-end conflict checks on all new matters globally.Review new clients and matters, consequently analysing information sourcesMonitor and assist in the optimisation of conflicts and information barrier management projectsUnderstand, identify and resolve wider risks, legal and commercial conflicts of interestLiaise with senior stakeholders regarding conflict checks policies and procedures.Build strong relationships with and provide support to the wider international conflicts and risk & compliance team.The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a conflicts-oriented role in the legal sector. Is a detail-oriented individual with excellent IT, analytical and organisational skills.
