Due to Retirement Pembrokeshire County Council Reablement Team are recruiting. We would love to hear from you if you would like a career supporting individuals to regain their skills and independence following acute illness or injury. This will involve activities of daily living such as personal care, mobility, meal preparation and medication. The service is lead by Occupational Therapists and you would be delivering client centred, goal orientated support and interventions. We have runs covering the whole of Pembrokeshire.

We offer block pay and a two week rolling rota. The shift pattern is 7.30am -1pm and 5pm -9.30pm 7 days a week, 3 days one week and 4 days the next week. Evening and weekend working will attract additional enhancements and you would have every other weekend off. You will be supplied with a uniform, a work phone, travel allowance or work van and ongoing training. The job is varied and interesting and you may also be required to cover other services such as our Domiciliary Service further expanding your skills and knowledge.

NVQ 2 is a requirement of the post but full training will be given if you don’t have it. You will be required to register with Social Care Wales for this post.
