Our client is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator who will cover a wide range of general administration duties including purchases, invoicing, and reception duties in head office in Cardiff.

Accounts Administrator Benefits:

Accounts Administrator Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sort out and investigate emails daily i.e. invoices, overdue accounts.
  • Prepare and register Invoices for Stock in Aptos (multiple currencies).
  • Match Invoices to receipts in Aptos.
  • Investigate variances between invoice and receipts, liaise with relevant department (B&M / Logistics).
  • Review and investigate outstanding invoices and receipts.
  • Import Aptos journal file into Dream Financials.
  • Process Invoices and balance daily reports in Dream.
  • Reconcile AP Creditors Ledger.
  • Prepare and process invoices for manual payments.
  • Prepare and process weekly payments (BACS / TT's).
  • Raise debit notes for Fines / Reworks / QA.
  • Process merchandise recall forms (MRF) - goods returned.
  • Reconcile Supplier statements.
  • Liaise with Suppliers, Warehouse, Buyers, Imports Co-ordinator.

Accounts Administrator Essential Skills:

  • Must be highly organised with an unfailing attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Strong PC literacy with proven MS Office skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Adaptable and flexible to competing demands and deadlines.
  • Previous experience using an accounting software such as SAGE, SAP, or AX.
