Job Description

Central Employment are delighted to be working with a leading Technology driven organisation to the UK transport sector, as they looking to recruit a Sales Development Executive.


Sales Development Executive profile:

This role will work closely with both Sales and Marketing teams, driving account-based marketing strategy. It will involve up-streaming with the Marketing team to nurture inbound leads and also prospecting with the Business Development Managers to generate new outbound leads, and working collaboratively with other internal teams to ensure internal sales processes are successful.


Sales Development Executive responsibilities:

Driving account-based marketing strategy, being responsible for one of their core UK&I regionsWorking closely with sales partners to develop outbound strategies and campaigns.Monitoring and reporting on our target accountsArranging business meetings with prospective clients.Promoting the company’s products or services to prospective clientsNurturing and managing internal leads (generated by marketing) through to handover tothe sales team for technical demonstrations and close quotation processGenerating new outbound leads and prospecting in a targeted way for the sales teamMonitoring and researching industry and market trendsWorking with Marketing to develop Marketing campaign ideas


Essential experience:

Comfortable working with a consultative sales methodologyAbility to balance inbound and outbound lead generation targets3 + years proven experience in a lead development or internal sales environmentExperience of CRM such as Salesforce would be beneficial
