Warwick, United Kingdom Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd Full time

As our next Regional Operations Manager - Middle East & North Africa (MENA), you'll be instrumental in ensuring that the region's third-party distributor works within AML's strategic and operational guidelines and is best enabled to achieve market success in the MENA region. You will manage all operational aspects of AML's relationship with the regional distributor, by acting as the link between the distributor and the various AML HQs functions. This role promotes and ensures the flow of commercial expectations and information between the two parties.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be highly organised, have high attention to detail, and have strong communication skills. Working with a team of professionals, you'll be responsible for covering all aspects of the distributor relationship, including business planning, target setting, marketing, sales operations, aftersales, dealer development, and performance management. You'll also need to liaise with key AML HQ colleagues up to Executive Board Members in order to establish the commercial priorities and targets for the MENA region.

You're not the type to shy away from a challenge. You'll be working autonomously and getting invaluable exposure and experience in the luxury goods market. In this role, you'll be given the chance to develop your skills and expertise while managing a broad and ever-developing remit in a fast-paced environment.

As a Regional Operations Manager - Middle East & North Africa (MENA) no two days will be the same, you will relish the dynamism of the role and be motivated by the challenge it presents.

The Key Requirements:

  • Understanding of regional and/or distributor operations and regional/dealer relationships
  • Proficiency with business data and performance metrics
  • Understanding of the luxury market
  • Experience working with diverse cultures
  • Experience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) techniques and best practices
  • Commercial degree preferable, or equivalent rounded commercial knowledge

At Aston Martin, we take pride in our commitment to excellence and quality. We believe in the unity of our team and are known for our iconic products that showcase luxury and performance.
