Our distribution team is a vital part of the Harrods success story, and you are one step closer to joining a world class team based in Knightsbridge. The operation is at the heart of our international distribution service and a key cog in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
About You
Someone who can adhere to daily operational activities reporting any issues to Team leaders or managers whilst performing all operational task within our consolidating area which includes checking and putting away stock, picking customer deliveries, picking deliveries for stock to be return to the shopfloor, repacking deliveries, palletising totes, wrapping pallets, and carrying out other tasks to support the entire operation of the department.
You will be Supporting in out returns area by processing customer returns, raising queries and request to relevant parties, picking deliveries back to departments and performing various other administrative and operational activities. Someone that will ensure that Housekeeping and Health and Safety standards are maintained.
