My Wolverhampton based Engineering / Manufacturing client are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time & permanent basis.

Duties:-

  • Order processing
  • Booking new enquiries onto system
  • Updating system for quoted business
  • Managing price amendments on the MRP system
  • Booking international shipping
  • Liaising with customers regarding their accounts
  • Liaising with internal teams - sales & estimating regarding queries
  • Contract review including drawing control checks
  • Compiling cross-functional team KPI's & dept PowerPoint presentations
  • Carry out project handover meetings on behalf of sales team if required

Key Skills:-

  • Essential you have worked in a Sales Administration role previously.
  • Engineering / Manufacturing background would be advantageous.
  • Excellent IT skills - MS Office.
  • Confident communication skills
  • Proactive in nature
  • Good attention to detail
  • Forward thinking
  • Able to pick up systems and processes quickly
