Our client, a leader within the Yorkshire region for vehicle management solutions are looking to add to their team.
Offering vehicle services ranging from sales, rental, lease, insurance, to both the commercial and domestic market, they now seek a motivated, organised and energetic Sales Administrator to join their team.
The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth transactions for our clients. This is a varied role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Car Finance Documentation: Process and manage all car finance documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Invoicing: Raise and manage invoices for vehicle sales, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers to coordinate vehicle deliveries, parts orders, and other necessary services.
- Client Communication: Keep clients informed of the progress of their vehicle order, from order confirmation to delivery.
- Paperwork Management: Handle all associated paperwork related to vehicle orders, including registration documents, warranties, and contracts.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Support Sales Team: Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with any other duties as required.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
