Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for a Guest Experience Manager devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests.
As a Guest Experience Manager with Fairmont Windsor Park, your job is to execute the Service Promise to our Guests through the proper training provided through the Brand’s Service Essentials. In order to deliver on this promise, it all starts with the right attitude and eagerness to develop team members. Lead the Front of House team on all experience journeys across guest arrival, in house and departure with reception, maintaining to cashiering standards and providing guest Services assistance for the unique service delivery.
What we are looking for:
Previous major brand experience in a Front of House management role, or a proven supervisory role in a 5-star luxury environment is preferred Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the guest relation team members A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Proficient with Microsoft Office suite required and excellent knowledge of OperaWhat do we offer:
