Key Responsibilities:
- Support Estimation Process: Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects.
- Data Analysis: Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Bid Preparation: Collaborate with the estimation team to compile comprehensive bid packages.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and ensure competitive pricing.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all estimation activities and update databases regularly.
