You will be working 3-4 days per week in this contract.

Salt Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a Consultancy that is seeking a skilled Migration Consultant to join their team and support a prominent Local Government body in their data migration initiatives.

You will play a pivotal role in migrating data from legacy systems, particularly from Accolade to IDCOS, and ensuring seamless integration into new environments. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain test environments in Azure and provide hands-on assistance throughout the migration process.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the migration of data from Accolade to Idocs, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.Develop and execute migration strategies, including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment phases.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Build and maintain test environments in Azure to support migration testing and validation activities.Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, including manual data transfer to MS Databox for extraction.Monitor migration progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure project milestones are met.Document migration processes, procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge transfer and support ongoing operations.Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders as needed.

Experience with migrating data from Accolade to Idocs is essential and will need to be evident on your CV. A strong understanding of Azure cloud technologies, particularly in building and managing test environments is also required.
