**Project Summary**:

- Do you have experience with **Slack** to **MS Teams Migrations**?
- This consulting opportunity is to migrate a high profile and important Fintech business area from Slack to MS Teams to align to the wider technology platforms of our client (a leading Financial Institution). As this is such a high profile and important area, we are looking for a consultant who has a deep understanding of both platforms to help design and build the the target state (based on current collaborative working practices on Slack) and minimise the disruption from the migration.
- The project needs a consultant who has:

- Deep understanding of **Slack (SME)** - capabilities, technology, integrations, etc.
- Deep understanding of **MS Teams (SME)** - capabilities, technology, integrations, etc.
- Experience **migrating a Fintech** Business Area / Business from Slack to Teams

The role can be operated fully remotely (UK based).

**Key Areas of Work**:
Working alongside the wider technology programme, you will be responsible for:

- Understanding current working practices and technology deployment of Slack within the Fintech team
- Presenting how the MS Teams technology can perform these working practices
- Design and build of new MS Teams solution for the business area
- Defining the migration approach to cause mínimal disruption to the business area
- Supporting communications and change management

**Mandatory Skills/Experience**:
The project needs a consultant who has:

- Deep understanding of Slack (SME) - capabilities, technology, integrations, etc.
- Deep understanding of MS Teams (SME) - capabilities, technology, integrations, etc.
- Experience migrating a Fintech Business Area / Businesses from Slack to Teams
