I am currently seeking a dynamic Residential Conveyancer to join a team, focusing on local properties in the south London area.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including:

Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesManaging re-mortgagesAssisting with help-to-buys

To excel in this Residential Conveyancer position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a caseloadExcellent client management skills with a commitment to exceeding expectationsA strong drive to consistently deliver high-quality work and exceptional service
