Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Administrator, you'll be an essential part of finance and commercial team, ensuring the smooth running of financial processes. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Invoice Management: Inputting invoices onto Sage, raising sales invoices, processing payments, and handling credit control tasks.
- Supplier Management: Creating and updating supplier details, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Financial Reconciliations: Performing monthly supplier statement reconciliations, processing employee expenses, and reconciling bank transactions to keep our finances in check.
- International Transactions: Managing international invoicing and payments, ensuring everything is handled seamlessly.
- Commercial Support: Assisting with commercial administration tasks and supporting ad-hoc financial and business projects.
What You Bring:
We're looking for someone with strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail. If you have experience working in a finance team or a similar role and are proficient with IT, particularly Microsoft Office and Sage, you ll fit right in
