Pay rate/Salary: Base Salary 40 to 50k Bonus Available
Hours of Work: Mon Fri
Type: Permanent Office/Field based
Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)
My client is a leading Electrical Wholesaler, one of the largest in the UK, they are recruiting for a Branch Manager in the East Midlands.
Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer serviceDevelop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
Manage branch operations efficiently, including inventory control and administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Skills:
Strong selling skills with a proven track record in sales management
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Effective time management and organisational abilities
Proficient in phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team
Sound administrative skills for managing branch operations effectively
Previous experience in Electrical Wholesale essential
