Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, working to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services.
  • Contract Coordination: Oversee the execution of client contracts, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Problem Resolution: Address client issues and concerns promptly, finding effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts and account metrics, to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align on client needs and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably 2 or more years experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proximity: Must reside within a commutable distance of Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
  • Availability: Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
