We have an opportunity for a Sales Negotiator (with some previous experience in the property industry) to further develop their career in Estate Agency at an exceptionally busy local independent firm based in the Chandlers Ford / Eastleigh area.

The role of a Sales Negotiator is exciting and varied, requiring you to be enthusiastic and professional at all times and always on the lookout for business opportunities.

It will involve booking and conducting viewings, keeping in regular contact with potential buyers, constantly looking for sales opportunities and promoting the company to the best of your ability

You are at the forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to develop a career in Estate Agency.

Skills: The skills required for thisSales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:

  • Some previous experience in Estate Agency or Sales / Customer facing role
  • Sales experience and / or Telesales experience
  • High level of customer service
  • Exceptional telephone manner
  • Well-presented and well-spoken
  • Ambitious and Self-Motivated
  • Local knowledge of the Chandlers Ford / Eastleigh area helpful
  • Full UK Driving license
