Due to natural growth, we have an exciting opportunity within the QA team and a Quality Administrator specifically supporting across all compliance processes/documentation and product data and specifications.

You must have previous experience within an analytical, data driven role and have knowledge with advanced Excel including use of VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, SAP and preferably ISO9001 quality management system.

You will be part of a busy and friendly team, working across multiple departments such as marketing, sales and operations. You will need to be a confident communicator and team player have had some experience/exposure to external stakeholders and suppliers.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Align and maintain product specifications and associated data, including BOM check, PUMAs, SAP, and EDOS systems.
  • Administer product compliance certification documentation.
  • Support the ISO9001 Quality Management System administration.
  • Manage quarterly WEEE and battery data submissions.
  • Collate and input plastic packaging tax data.
  • Compile information for customers regarding Ethical and ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) audits.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders, in management and non-management positions.
  • Organized and capable of working independently to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP, EDOS, AS400, BOM check, and PUMAs is desirable
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 Quality Management Systems is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and solve issues effectively.
