  • Recording all invoices onto the system and ensuring all information is correct
  • Managing business queries, billing dates & contracts
  • Speaking with suppliers to resolve questions, managing statements and sorting credits & refunds
  • Acting as a point of call to certain suppliers & reviewing contracts
  • Reporting into the Head of finance & involved in ad-hoc tasks (Bank recs & analysis)
  • Providing support to the wider finance team by posting journals for different accounts

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience in a busy administrative position
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Strong excel skills (Pivot tables/Vlookups)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organised
