This role is to support the Store Manager in Reading, you will be assisting with the day-to-day running of the store whilst motivating and leading a team to achieve sales performance and agreed KPIs.

The salary for this role is 27,813 per annum and also contains many benefits.

Key Responsibilities of a Retail Supervisor:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in the day to day running of the store, taking full responsibility in their absence
  • Being commercially focused and motivated by hitting store targets and encouraging others to do the same
  • Maximising sales through product display in line with company guidelines and through commercial awareness
  • Being responsible for visual merchandising, stock management and assisting with the training and development

Key Skills and Experience of a Retail Supervisor:

  • You should have experience in a Supervisor role managing a team
  • Being passionate about going above and beyond to ensure a great experience for customers
  • Good retail experience is required, you ideally will be able to demonstrate the use of a product with your knowledge to encourage sales
  • A great work ethic with a drive to succeed and work hard is essential for this role
  • You should be computer literate as you will be required to use computers to place quotes and orders
