Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Solicitor or CILEX to join their Recoveries team based in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation bias and a minimum of two years‘ experience handling their own litigated cases. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of insurer clients. Remote working options are available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage a caseload of litigated cases independently, from inception to resolution.
-Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in litigation matters.
-Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
-Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients.
Requirements:
-Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with a valid practicing certificate.
-Minimum of two years‘ experience managing litigated cases independently.
-Strong litigation skills and a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
-Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
