Job Summary: The site manager is responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supervising all on-site activities. They are pivotal in maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate activities related to the construction project.
  • Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to time lines.
  • Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise.
  • Manage budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct safety inspections and toolbox talks
  • Maintain accurate records such as daily progress reports and site logs
