We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our client's team in Okehampton. As a key member of the site management team, you will be responsible for the production of all units, on-site health and safety management, and the management of sub-contractors.

About the Role:
  • Take responsibility for the production of all units on site
  • Manage on-site health and safety, ensuring compliance with current legislation
  • Oversee the management of sub-contractors, ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Lead a full site team, including an Assistant Site Manager and labourers
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in house building at a similar level
  • Knowledge of traditional and modern construction methods, processes, and current health and safety legislation
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good local supply chain knowledge
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and FAW qualifications
