  • Taking calls from Customers in regards to any queries/ maintenance issues with their properties
  • Co-ordinating/ scheduling technicians and subcontractors to attend work orders
  • Opening and closing work orders

The successful Customer Care Co-ordinator will:
  • Have previous relevant experience
  • Have Administration experience
  • Have experience working in House Builder backgrounds
