Our ideal candidate will be someone with a keen interest in ensuring that all pupils, regardless of need, are able to be successful young people and leave school with a wide range of experiences and success in all its forms. You should have a good understanding of how to support colleagues to get the best out of all children and young people. You will lead special educational needs across the school and advise members of staff on how to get the best out of children with additional needs. The ideal candidate will:
