You may also contribute directly to teaching in relation to the development of clinical skills within the specified clinical area and to the development and implementation of innovative teaching practices in relation to clinical supervision.

  • Undertake marking and assess clinical competency of trainees with a range of approaches as required, and write supervision reports.
  • Keep records of supervision sessions and reflectively discuss clinical cases with the supervisory team.
  • Implement policies and propose changes to practices, procedures for your own area of work and propose policy or service changes which impact beyond their own area for the wider training and clinic settings.
