Flexibility: This role is advertised as a full time position, however we are open to flexible working patterns if you have commitments outside of work, for example a four day working week. Job purpose:


Working closely with the Head of Marketing you’ll take ownership and create market campaigns centred around our Birmingham portfolio, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.


You’ll work from our Innovation Birmingham campus, just on the outskirts of the city centre where there is free parking if needed.


What we’re looking for:


  • Experience in a hands on delivery role across brand marketing channels
  • The ability to lead on campaigns where necessary and take responsibility start to finish
  • Comfortable collaborating with internal teams (events, commercial, finance) as well as external stakeholders
  • A real passion for marketing and the willingness to think creatively to diversify the way we market our buildings
  • Great attention to detail - driving creative and accurate email marketing, social content and brochures campaigns
  • A positive attitude, with the willingness to take on a variety of tasks to achieve project goals in line with working in a smaller team


What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the development of brand awareness/customer acquisition campaigns and tactics for Bruntwood SciTech’s Birmingham portfolio to meet its property lettings targets
  • Lead and support on the development of the regional marketing plan
  • Lead and support on the creation of integrated campaigns utilising both online and offline channels with strong assets and reporting analytics to measure success
  • Lead on Bruntwood SciTech’s website content updates for the region
  • Support the production of content (blogs, articles, press releases and videos) for the website/digital channels, working effectively with our central digital team
  • Work with the commercial team to assist in creation of engaging materials to support prospecting including presentations, brochures, sales packs, CGIs and hoardings
  • PR and community communications - keeping the media, our customers and stakeholders informed of our plans, ambitions and successes through on and offline channels
