Salary:4,473.47 - GBP5,082 + bonus + benefits (depending on experience)

Hours: 7.5 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members working 1 day,between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Weekends.

The role

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the CustomerExperience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same

What you ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:

  • Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
  • Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
  • Planning and running events for our students

What we re looking for:

  • A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
  • An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
  • You ll also have great time management and organisational skills
