Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity has become available as a Sales Co-ordinator working directly with our fast paced domestic, international, and trade Sales Team.
The purpose of the Sales Co-ordinator is to provide a full and professional support service to the Sales Team Sales managers, HTI customers and to the general public.
It is an extremely varied role and no two days will be the same, so you will need to enjoy having a diverse working day.
The Core Responsibilities:
- Downloading, processing and maintaining Sales orders for all HTI customers.
- Producing product range quotations, ensuring all data is provided to customers.
- Completing customer product forms with all the data required.
- Answering customer and internal calls.
- Maintaining an effective filing system in both emails and paper system.
- Managing stock to fulfil customer forecasts and orders.
- Providing documentation for products and orders.
- Creating and maintaining data in Spreadsheets.
- Arranging and tracking samples as requested by customers and sales managers.
- Processing and tracking design requests.
- Maintain customer Sales figures within excel using the relevant portals and systems needed to obtain the relevant information.
- Process and track Direct customer orders.
- Attend meetings with customers in the UK showroom and at customer sites.
- Maintain the UK sales order book.
- Updating manuals for internal systems and customer systems.
- Provide support to the Sales office manager and to other sales team members when required.
- Work will all departments within HTI to ensure a high-level service is provided to customers.

Desirable Skills:
- Experience working on Oracle IT systems.
- Export and EU operations.
- Excel advanced ability
