Description
The Commercial Contracts Manager position based in Oxford will involve the following tasks:
- Managing the full life cycle of contract
- Managing the contract review and negotiation process
- Negotiating commercial terms directly with the client
- Review of NDAs, master service agreements, sales contracts etc
- Carrying out legal research as required
- Working with operational teams to ensure contract requirements and SLAs are adhered to
- Assist with reporting- new contracts agreed, contracts expired etc
- Identify areas of risk and work with stakeholders to reduce any exposure
Profile
The successful candidate for the Commercial Contracts Manager role will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of negotiating and reviewing a range of documents and agreements
- Experience of managing contracts from start to finish
- Have excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Be able to prioritise and meet deadlines
Job Offer
This is an interim position for up to 6 months.
Hybrid/remote working is available.
