Description

The Commercial Contracts Manager position based in Oxfordshire will involve the following tasks:

  • Contract drafting and review
  • Work closely with the bids and tenders teams
  • Negotiation of contractual agreements
  • Drafting terms and conditions
  • Provide ongoing legal support throughout the life cycle of the contract
  • Process contract updates and variation requests
  • Handle contract renewals
  • Ensure contracts are signed and filed correctly
  • Act as first point of contact for general contract queries

Profile

The successful candidate for the Commercial Contracts Manager will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role
  • Experience of drafting and reviewing of contracts
  • Be able to identify and mitigate risk
  • An understanding of the tender process would be an advantage
  • Have excellent communication skills

Job Offer

This is an interim role for an initial period of 3 months.
